Sean Trent | I Felt Relieved TA025
Sean Trent is an automotive technician who’s new to Strengths! We love interviewing guests like Sean. His insight is fresh, and his excitement is totally unfiltered. Sean was first introduced to StrengthsFinder after attending a Strengths Meetup that he saw posted on Facebook.
Here’s an awesome video by Brandon Miller and Adrian Ruiz on how to kick-start your own Meetup group!
A native of Sioux falls, SD, it just so happened that the meetup was launched by our co-host, Grace LaConte! After attending the meetup, Sean left with a better understanding of who he was as an individual, and a deep feeling of relief. His talents and strengths were finally defined using terminology that could be shared with others.
People would now understand how he operated, and what sort of things made him tick!
We also answer a question submitted by a loyal listener of THEME-ADDICTS. She had a question about my WOO theme, and was interested in knowing more about the reactions I receive from those who may be less accepting of my socially driven talent. The best part…she’s seven! It’s awesome to hear someone so young ask such a forward thinking questions about talent.
Here’s a video showing you how to submit your own question via SpeakPipe!
We were also introduced to an awesome Strengths group working out of Minneapolis, MN. Sean attended one of their workshops, and left with a deeper understanding of his talents and abilities. Kudos to the pros out at www.leadershipvisionconsulting.com for helping to drive the strengths-based movement in a positive direction. Keep up the great work!
Sit back, relax, enjoy, and as always…STAY ADDICTED!
